Terms of Services
By Commissioning me, You are agreeing to following terms, Please read carefully before requesting me for commissions.
---> I won't be drawing if the request is too much for me, hence I'll refuse to accept it.
---> Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased(additional fees apply depending on the service)
---> My Artwork may be used for personal display like profile picture, banners, Socials with credit or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
---> AI/NFT Use is strictly prohibited, my work will not be used in AI datasets, engines and Minted as NFTs.
---> I Reserve the right to decline any commission which is outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
---> communication is important, if I won't receive response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.
---> you receive 3 free revisions(sketch stage only),Additional revision cost 5$/400Inr/4Euro each, paid before I continue, please provide all feedback of the sketch stage.
---> Only 5 Commission will be accepted at a time, you might have to wait for the spot to open which I will tell if it's open or not if you ask.
Payment and Fees
-> if you are outside india, i take payment through only paypal currently,if you are from india, i accept payment through Gpay,Phonepay and paytm.-> All payment are upfront in full through agreed platforms
-> payment to proposals should be paid fully within 2 weeks or will be declined.
-> A Non-Disclosure Agreement(NDA) fee of 50$/4200Inr/40Euro applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my portfolio
-> Fees of each commission is written above in the pricing.
-> If you wishes to buy commercial use after a commission, the pricing will be: Streamer commercial use(10$/800Inr/8 Euro) and merchandise commercial use(50$/40Euro/4200Inr)
Revisions
-> Revisions are only available during the sketching stage.
-> once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part, Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost .
Deadline and Delivery
-> the Deadline for the requested commission is 1-2 week or month depending on the complexity of the artwork and in real life problems I might have to face.
-> the final artwork PNG file will be sent via Email provided by the client, for the PSD File additional charge of 25$/20 Euros/2000 INR will be required
-> I will keep you updated if delay occurs.
-> I will accept 5 Commissions at a time, you might have to wait until the spot will be opened.
Intellectual Property Rights
I, The artist, retain all the rights to the commissioned artwork.you are purchasing usage rights,not ownership of the artwork itself.
I May Use The Artwork to:
promote myself and my service
post on social media and in my portfolio
create prints/merchandise(for fanart commissions only)
Exceptions:
If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purchases.
Refunds
>i may cancel and refund a commision at any time
>you may cancle before payment is made
>once payment is received,redunds are not available
>chargebacks are strictly prohibited
Filing a chargeback will:
>forfeit your rights to use the artwork
>place you on a public blacklist(with evidence)
>allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as i see fit.
>result in a formal complaint against you.
Clients' Rights
you may:
>use the artwork for personal purposes only(unless commercial rights are purchased)
>print the art for yourself.
>post it on social media with credit to me" @Mangakakentaroyuuki_ on IG"
You may NOT:
>use the artwork commercially without permission
>commission art services using my design/work.
>claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
>remove signatures/watermarks
>Resell or redistribute the artwork
>modify the artwork without my consent.
>use artwork purchased for personal use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.
Blacklist Policy
>breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist(with evidence)
>the blacklist may be shared with other artists and in community
Final Agreement

Prices
Half Body 20$
Full Body 50$
Manga/comic page 25$ for initial page and 15$ for every extra page, plus 30$for colored title page(15$for no colored title page)
One or More Character 50% for each character
